State and local government agencies are not eligible to utilize a GSA contract to acquire modular buildings except for purchases pertaining to the following programs:

  • Disaster Recovery Purchasing Program – when used for disaster recovery or developing a disaster preparedness program.
  • Projects or programs supported by Federal Grants during Public Health Emergencies.
